Background

Michael Mauro was approached by a technical and professional services organisation and a maritime classification society looking to create a High Potential Program.

As a global business spanning 80+ countries, they were experiencing an unstable talent pipeline and were in short supply of future leaders. Contributing to this were rapid internal and external changes, expansion intonew markets, a lack of diversity within the workforce, extremely long employee tenure, and general resistance to change.

In close partnership with the business, we deployed a successful talent needs analysis, rolled out customised global programmes and achieved positive organisational buy-in.
