Background

We were approached by a fast-growing FMCG and retail company with operations in 11 countries across Europe. With a laser focus on rapid growth,they recognised that new skills and behaviours were needed to help them expand into new international territories.

Employee engagement data also revealed that their staff were hungry to learn and grow. This put extra pressure on the company to act and support colleagues through a period of growth and transformation.

How We Helped

The retail company engaged Michael Mauro to design and deliver a suite of soft skills, behaviour change and leadership development training programmes for multiple employee teams.

Partnering with the Global Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Learning and Development, Michael Mauro spent time getting to know the distinctive needs of their strategic vision.

Together, Michael Mauro and the client created high-impact and tailored learning solutions that complemented the company’s Human Resources strategy, building off pre-existing learning offerings (e.g. e-learning, psychometric and personality assessments) and their company values.
